Molasses or tetes tebu is the by-product of refining sugar.
It is a thick dark brown liquid and it contains several important nutrients such as Vitamin B6, magnesium, calcium and more. It is very high in sugar at over 50%.

The primary uses of molasses are for stockfeed, the production of ethanol and also as a fermentation agent.
Molasses has been used to compliment stockfeed material due to its palatable and nutrition characteristic.

Source of molasses from Indonesia is primarily from sugar cane.
